Ride Through Pastoral Landscapes and Historic Stops
The Bently to Lismore section of the Northern Rivers Rail Trail is likely to be the third piece of the trail to be constructed. This 16.3km section of the trail will wind its way south west starting at Bentley Road, passing through stands of native trees and farmland with views across the wider pastoral landscapes of the Lismore Valley.
The trail then weaves its way down the valley on the north side before heading south, crossing under Kyogle Road before heading into Tuncester for a refreshment stop. The trail then hits the valley floor as it heads into the historic South Lismore Train Station where it finishes.
