 🚗 Getting Here & Parking at Murwillumbah Railway Station

  • Accessible Parking: There are clearly marked disability-priority parking spaces at located close to the access ramp to the platform and our shop entrance.
  • General Parking: Additional car parks are available nearby, with flat surfaces for ease of mobility.

 🛒 Shop Access

  • Step-Free Entry: Our shop entrance features a ramp with handrails, providing smooth access for wheelchairs, prams, and mobility aids.
  • Wide Doorways: All doors are wide enough to accommodate standard wheelchairs and mobility devices.
  • Assistance Available: Our staff are happy to provide support with entry or equipment setup—just let us know in advance or upon arrival.

 🚴 Rail Trail Access

  • Ramp to Trail: A purpose-built ramp connects our premises to the rail trail, allowing easy access for wheelchair users and those with mobility limitations.
  • Smooth Transitions: Trail access points are maintained to minimise bumps and steps, ensuring a safer experience for all riders.

 🚻 Accessible Facilities

  • Accessible Toilets: Fully equipped disabled toilet facilities are available onsite with clear signage.
  • Seating Areas: Rest areas with benches and shade are available near our shop and at key points along the trail.

 🙌 Inclusive Services for All

  • Adaptive Equipment Options:
    • Kids: we offer a range of family friendly options including infant seats, tow behind chariots and ride behind bikes.
    • Adults: We offer two e-trikes with throttles for those who are unable to ride a two wheeled standard e-bikes, we can also advise on adaptive cycling options or work with partners to support your experience.
  • Friendly Team: Our trained staff are here to assist with equipment handling, trail advice, and any special requests to ensure a safe and enjoyable ride for everyone.
