I lost a bolt on my trip down to Murwillumbah on my own E Bike, my fix was a zip tie that got... read more me through the ride.On my return I popped in to see Steve the E Bike Mechanic to see he could help me out.
What a wonderful man, attended to me immediately, found adjusted and fitted a new bolt and put some special glue to keep it in place. Could not have asked for better service . I would recommend this Bike Hire to anyone who wants to experience the great bike track. After about 15 minutes of repairs and adjustments, he sent me on my way with a smile. No cost to me , you only get service like this in the Country towns.

  Better By Bikes to the Rescue  - My wife and I recently enjoyed the Murwillumbah to Kingscliff and return bike ride on our own ebikes.
Unfortunately, after about 11 km we encountered a mechanical problem with one... read more of the bikes. I was unable to fix it with my existing tool kit.
Even though we were not customers of Better By Bikes, a phone call to Campbell resulted in his coming out and getting us mobile again for a very small fee. He did this almost immediately in the pouring rain and turned what could have been a disappointing trip into a fantastic memory.
We are very thankful for his help and are certainly recommending this company to all our family and friends.

The 9-10 km ride was easy, but the real magic happened in the old rail tunnel where we experienced breathtaking bioluminescence. Campbell’s deep knowledge of the area’s history, from the railway to the glow worms, made the tour even more special. A truly unique and moderately challenging adventure, perfect for anyone looking to explore Byron Bay in a memorable way.

Make sure you stop at Hosana Farm Stay for lunch and check out the animals - and at Mooball, the pub has a pool for a swim!! Its was amazing! We will definitely be back - one of our best days ever!!
