Unfortunately, after about 11 km we encountered a mechanical problem with one... read more of the bikes. I was unable to fix it with my existing tool kit.
Even though we were not customers of Better By Bikes, a phone call to Campbell resulted in his coming out and getting us mobile again for a very small fee. He did this almost immediately in the pouring rain and turned what could have been a disappointing trip into a fantastic memory.
We are very thankful for his help and are certainly recommending this company to all our family and friends.

Make sure you stop at Hosana Farm Stay for lunch and check out the animals - and at Mooball, the pub has a pool for a swim!! Its was amazing! We will definitely be back - one of our best days ever!!

  Great Ride! Must Do! - The friendly Campbell met me in Mooball and gave me a good overview of the bike and route with a map with interesting stops. I had a great ride which... read more was mostly flat (my favourite kind) and even spotted a snake slithering off into the bush as I was approaching! I did get drenched 3 times as the weather has been rainy but it didn't dampen my spirits, in fact it helped to keep cool and was fun. This is a must do if in the area, highly recommended.
